  12.    This 6-page file, ORDER.FRM, gives you information on registering (pur-
  13.    chasing) 4DOS.  The order form is on page 2, and there is a separate
  14.    form on page 6 for registered users of an earlier version of 4DOS who
  15.    wish to upgrade to version 3.03, order or expand a site license, or
  16.    purchase other products.

  18.    We know you may need to print this file to place your order, so to keep
  19.    waste down we've put most of the information about our products, how
  20.    shareware works, upgrades, the license agreement, and so on -- every-
  21.    thing except standard pricing and payment information -- into
  22.    README.DOC.  Please look there for more details on anything not covered
  23.    in this file.

  25.    JP Software now carries several add-on products for 4DOS, including a
  26.    utility disk with several 4DOS-related utilities and the software needed
  27.    to modify the 4DOS HELP files for your own use; registered copies of the
  28.    boot configuration program BOOT.SYS; and copies of the book "Shareware
  29.    Plus:  Featuring 4DOS" by David Busch, offering a basic introduction to
  30.    4DOS.  For detailed information on all JP Software products please see
  31.    README.DOC.  You can order any of these products using the order forms
  32.    and information below.

  34.    A new German version of 4DOS is now available from our German distribu-
  35.    tor; for details and ordering information see README.DOC.

  38.    international dealers in the README.DOC file.  Purchasing through these
  39.    dealers can save you the delay and inconvenience which may be involved
  40.    in dealing with currency conversions and international shipping.

  47.    The file already contains form feeds and page footers, so attempting to
  48.    print it with a program that formats the pages may not work.  Page
  49.    length has been set to 58 lines so the file should print properly on

  181.       These charges cover our costs in shipping your order and tracing
  182.       delivery problems.  We have recently reduced some of these rates to
  183.       more accurately reflect our costs.

  202.       first item.  For each additional diskette or copy of BOOT.SYS up to a

  206.       ping charges.

  208.       Orders typically require 3 - 4 business days processing time before
  209.       shipment, and may take more or less depending on our order backlog.
  210.       US standard shipping is via UPS Ground, via US Priority Mail where
  211.       UPS delivery is impossible (PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO / FPO
  212.       addresses), and via First Class Mail for diskette-only orders.  US
  213.       2-day shipping is via UPS Blue Label.  All shipping outside the US is
  214.       via Air Mail.  Shipping time varies from 1 business day for UPS
  215.       Ground to New England, to 6 business days for UPS Ground to Califor-
  216.       nia, to several weeks for countries outside the US where mail service
  217.       is slow.  Express shipping via UPS Red Label or Federal Express is
  218.       available; contact us for rates.

  221.    Payment Terms:

  223.       All credit card charges will be authorized; your card is not charged
  224.       until your order is being shipped.  Personal checks may be subject to
  225.       a bank clearance delay before shipment.  All payments must be made in
  226.       US funds and drawn on a US bank; see below for more details on inter-
  227.       national orders.  There is a $7 charge for all returned checks.

  235.       For convenient phone ordering call us between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
  236.       eastern US time at 800-368-8777 (ORDERS ONLY please!) or 617-646-
  237.       3975; or transmit your order form to us by fax any time at (617)
  238.       646-0904.  You can also order via CompuServe (Mail to 75300,210), BIX
  239.       (mail to "trawson"), or Internet (75300.210@compuserve.com); please
  240.       include all information on the order form with your electronic order,
  241.       preferably in the same format.  Telephone, fax, and electronic mail
  242.       orders must be paid by credit card.

  245.    International Orders:

  247.       We are happy to accept orders from outside the US, but must require
  248.       payment in the correct form to avoid the exorbitant fees charged by
  249.       US and non-US banks for international check collections.  Customers
  250.       outside North America may wish to contact one of our international
  251.       dealers for faster delivery and to avoid this problem; see README.DOC
  252.       for more information.  We accept:

  255.                the cardholder's name exactly as it appears on the card, the
